BEworks Academy supports the mission of teaching the theory of Behavioral Economics (BE) and our core specialty: how to apply BE to real-world challenges.
Behavioral Economics offers three things: a rich understanding of why people think and behave the way they do; a new repertoire of tactics that can be used to drive behavioral change, and the benefits of the scientific method, which allows us to measure for impact. Through science, we can harvest the seeds of innovation and empower people with objective processes to test new ideas, to find what works, when and where, and to be able to scale up and disseminate those ideas to others.
From our firm’s inception, we have taught leaders around the globe how to leverage scientific thinking and apply behavioral insights to drive behavioral change. This has meant making the tools of BE accessible, its philosophy engaging, and the process of evaluating evidence achievable.
